This commitment to quality represents a significant investment to the company; an investment that we believe not only pays dividends to ASG, but to each and every one of our customers. ASG Group Limited is certified to the international Quality Management Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008. We are committed to the Business Management System (BMS) and regard the BMS as integral to the way in which we conduct business. The ASG BMS is based on a "Process Approach", whereby all the processes employed within our organisation have been identified and documented. By the adoption of this model, we recognize that you, our clients, play a significant role throughout the entire process, from defining requirements to communicating their level of satisfaction. The BMS is updated continually in order to improve stakeholder satisfaction and ensure that ASG meet both their needs and expectations. The ultimate aim is to deliver effective and consistent services. In order to meet this objective, everyone at ASG has a role to play in helping to implement the system. Indeed, in our corporate quality policy, the Statement of Excellence we state "This commitment to quality is the responsibility of all our employees who will work together to contribute to the success of ASG". IT Service Management ISO/IEC 20000.1:2007 Certification was achieved by ASG on 18th July 2007. ASG is the first Australian company to be certified to ISO/IEC 20000.1:2007 by SAI Global, (formerly Standards Australia ), proving our dedication to the IT Service Management principles and embedding them as an integral part of our organisation’s service delivery. Environmental Management In February 2009 ASG embarked on a project to establish an Environmental Management System and to seek certification to AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004, the international standard for Environmental Management Systems. This project was successfully completed in April 2010, with the issuing of our certification to the standard. The certification applies to all branches of ASG and reaffirms our strong commitment to operate in an environmentally responsible manner by preventing pollution, reducing waste and our use of energy and resources and to reduce, re-use and recycle materials wherever possible. Service Management Methodology (SMM)
Our Service Management Methodology is an ITIL based process driven methodology designed to ensure best practice Service Delivery is achieved. The SMM provides the framework for the delivery of infrastructure and application support projects in a Managed Services environment.
Based on our extensive experience delivering managed services, the framework has been designed to be applied to a range of different managed services engagements (of different sizes, structures, and complexities) and to be fully adaptable to meet the specific needs of our customers.
SMM is a comprehensive framework that has been aligned to ISO 20000 (IT Service Management), ITIL, Capability Maturity Model (CMM), and certified to ISO 9001:2008.
