Geoff Lewis established ASG with co-founder Stephen Tull with the vision of providing quality technical services to users of mid range enterprise computer systems. Geoff has over 25 years experience in the delivery of Information Technology services. This experience was gained during an international career working with top tier consultants and in very large banking, insurance, commercial and government environments. He is acknowledged as a leader of the outsourcing industry in Australia and was recognised with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Western Australia in 2003. Geoff has been Managing Director of the private ASG Group since inception in 1996. In July 1997 Geoff was appointed as a Board Member to the North Melbourne Football Club. |

Stephen has over 22 years experience in the design and support of enterprise wide IT systems. Prior to co-founding ASG, Stephen worked as an IT specialist for Alcoa Australia, Bougainville Copper, British Columbia Government, Western Power and CSC Australia. As Chief Technology Officer he has set the technical direction of ASG and specialises in the design of enterprise solutions for ASG's clients. |

Dean has over 12 years experience in accounting, business analysis and financial management. Prior to joining ASG, Dean was with Onesteel in finance roles focusing on business improvement, growth initiatives and integration of acquisitions. During a 5 year period in London he worked in financial management roles with multinational companies Kingfisher (retail group), Diageo (beverage group) and GE Capital (global financier). Dean was qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 while working with Deloitte in Perth. |

Murray has been working in the IT industry since 1984. During this time he has worked for some of the leading global IT&T organisations including Unisys, Digital Equipment Corporation(DEC)and more recently Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). He held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Unisys West (a joint venture between Unisys and BankWest) and was instrumental in building this operation from 23 staff as a Unisys branch in Western Australia to well in excess of 330 staff providing services at a national level. In addition to this role, Murray has held numerous Executive and Sales Management positions and has worked with many of Australia's marquee corporations including Westpac, HBOS Australia, BHP Billiton, numerous State Government departments and agencies within Western Australian and the Eastern states. Murray has been instrumental in the establishment and subsequent growth of the Unisys and CSC outsourcing and managed services businesses with a particular focus on systems integration and applications services. |

Gerald has over 28 years experience in business and information systems. He has extensive consulting, programme and business management experience. He has superior strengths in the formulation and implementation of strategic business and information systems plans with the emphasis on the use of IS to support the corporate and business objectives. Gerald has unparalleled international experience working in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America with companies such as Marks & Spencer, AstraZeneca, Siemens, CSC and Unisys in establishing, transitioning and managing global managed service & outsourced delivery operations. |
