Remote DBA
The Remote DBA service is based on you providing us with remote access to your systems so that we can provide high quality Oracle database administration advice, implementation and maintenance services. You retain control of your infrastructure (hardware and networks) and at the same time have the flexibility of using our services for some or all of your Oracle database needs.
The key features of the Remote DBA service are:
- Oracle database implementation services including installation, upgrades and technical advice on operating system requirements for Oracle software
- Pro-active Oracle database administration services including capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, regular database health checks, performance monitoring and tuning
- Oracle database maintenance services including backup and recovery, user maintenance and access monitoring, data migration and liaising with World Wide Support
