ASG Group Limited’s Business Management System (BMS) provides a framework to ensure that our business operations are as efficient as possible by ensuring uniformity and consistency throughout the company and is used to drive continuous business improvement through monitoring and measurement of our performance.  ASG is certified to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 IT Service Management System.

ASG Group Limited was first certified to ISO 9001 Quality Management System back on 9th August 1999 and is currently certified to the latest version of the standard ISO9001:2015.  ASG has focused on and invested significant effort in establishing methods, processes, procedures and techniques to support all of our services. Each system has been developed on the basis of industry best practice, tempered by practical experience.

ASG Group Limited was first certified to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System back on 29th April 2010 and is currently certified to the latest version of the standard ISO14001:2015. The certification applies to all branches of ASG and reaffirms our strong commitment to operate in an environmentally responsible manner by preventing pollution, reducing waste and our use of energy and resources and to reduce, re-use and recycle materials wherever possible.

ASG Group Limited was the first Australian company to be certified to ISO/IEC 20000-1 IT Service Management System on 18th July 2007.  ASG is currently certified to the latest version of the standard ISO/IEC20000-1:2011, proving our dedication to the IT Service Management principles and embedding them as an integral part of our organisation’s service delivery.

Methodologies

ASG Group Limited’s delivery methodologies are a key component of the Business Management System and are audited on a regular basis as part of our Quality Management and IT Service Management certifications.

Our Service Management Methodology is an ITIL based process driven methodology designed to ensure best practice Service Delivery is achieved. The SMM provides the framework for the delivery of infrastructure and application support services in a Managed Services environment. Based on our extensive experience delivering managed services, the framework has been designed to be applied to a range of different managed services engagements of different sizes, structures, and complexities and to be fully adaptable to meet the specific needs of our customers.

SMM is a comprehensive framework that has been aligned to ISO 20000 (IT Service Management), ITIL, Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and is audited as part of our ISO 9001:2008 certification.

Our Project Management Methodology provides a framework for the delivery of any project service including transition activities and ongoing continuous improvement projects. Key deliverables include formal Project Execution Plans, base-lined Project Plan and Schedules, comprehensive Communications Plans, regular Project Status Reporting and formally managed risks, issues and changes.

PMM is a concise framework that has been aligned to PMI-PMBOK, PRINCE2, Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and is audited as part of our ISO 9001:2008 certification.
