At ASG, we pride ourselves on a diverse workforce. Part of that is recognising we are all different; in our roles, in the ways we work best, and our personal situations.

Knowing this, we decided to give our team more choice when it comes to working at ASG. Whether it’s working from home most of the week, trying out a new city whilst still working for us, or taking some extra time off next year (on us!).

ME @ ASG is designed to give our employees more freedom and more choice.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME @ ASG?

WORK ANYWHERE

If it fits with the requirements of your role, you can choose to work fully remote from anywhere in your home-based country for up to six months, and internationally for up to three months. There are some considerations depending on where and when, but so long as you can be productive and accessible to your team, then the world is your oyster.

WORK HYBRID

If you like more of a balance between visiting an office and working remote and it fits the requirements of your role, we offer a hybrid working arrangement that means you have the flexibility to choose how many days you attend the office for work.

6 WEEKS ANNUAL LEAVE

If there was ever a time to join ASG, it’s right now. Join our team before 30 June 2022 and stick with us for a minimum of one year and you’ll get an additional two weeks annual leave bonus applied after your one year anniversary.

CASH OUT OPTION

Not everyone takes a holiday each year, so we decided to give you a choice when it comes to how you want to spend your annual leave benefits. If you’d prefer the cash over a stint on a tropical island, you can opt to be paid out on any annual leave balance over 20 days.

HEALTH & WELLBEING

Helping our employees stay fit and healthy is important to us. Along with a regular schedule of wellbeing events, like webinars and fitness challenges, we partner with a number of organisations that offer discounts on things like private healthcare, fitness, apparel, equipment, and healthy meals. FAQs

I don’t live in Australia, can I still work for ASG?

A: Depending on your role and requirements, we will consider applicants who are Australian citizens and permanent residents currently residing in other countries who wish to work for us remotely. Due to different time zones and local laws depending on your location, options and feasibility can be discussed during the interview process to determine if a remote role outside of Australia will work for you.

If I am in a different time-zone to Australia, would I need to work within Australian standard business hours?

A: Depending on the requirements for the role, you can work outside of normal Australian business hours provided you can do your job as effectively when on a different schedule to your colleagues. If working outside of normal Australian business hours, you will still  be expected to join any team and client meetings virtually, and make yourself available for business calls as required.

Will I be set up with office equipment if I work remotely?

A: If you live in Australia, we can provide you with a work from home kit. If you are in another country at the start of employment, we will consult with you on the best options for getting you set up.

Will I still get access to all the ASG perks from outside Australia?

A: We have lots of perks available when working at ASG. Some of our benefits are available to Australian residents only but we have other benefits such as online learning and development courses that can be accessed online, anywhere in the world.

Do you offer VISA sponsorship to move to Australia?

A: Yes. Again, we can discuss the available options during the interview process to establish the appropriate Visa to allow you to live and work in Australia.

How do you maintain connectedness with such a disperse workforce?

A: We understand how important it is to feel part of ASG. With ASG’s offices already in seven locations, we are used to connecting virtually with colleagues across the country. We run a number of virtual experiences designed to create opportunities for community, collaboration and celebration and we are constantly working on ways to improve our employee experiences in a virtual world.
