Infrastructure Managed Services

ASG has been delivering Infrastructure Managed Services to commercial and government clients for over 15 years across Australia. These services cover the entire lifecycle of an infrastructure environment. The delivery of these services are supported by our New World service brokerage platform that provides all the necessary integrated components to enable end-to-end management, monitoring, billing, reporting and configuration management of services.

Our Infrastructure Managed Services are delivered in accordance with our Service Management Methodology, which is an ITIL V3 aligned methodology that has received ISO20000 certification. This methodology ensures a high quality and consistent delivery outcome that enables ASG to exceed the Service Level expectations of our clients.

Our managed services cover the full infrastructure lifecycle from design, through deployment, operation and eventual decommissioning. We leverage considerable expertise and experience along with automation to maximise the quality of the outcomes we deliver, whilst minimising the costs.


Our New World approach has also lead the market in the development of consumption billing for our services, whether these are cloud based or traditional infrastructure services. This enables our services to expand and contract in line with our clients’ business needs.

End User Computing

This market-leading approach provides support for our clients’ user-centric service. These are the services that are consumed by an end user in order to undertake their day to day tasks.

Central Compute Services

Central Compute Services is a portfolio of services designed to support our clients’ computing environment and covers the provision of services from remote computer room, through data centres onto the wide range of different cloud deployment solutions.

Service Management

Provides the overall Service Management for the services delivered to a client. ASG can provide Service Management as a service broker; providing selection, implementation, co-ordination and governance for all services consumed by a client.

Technical Architecture Services

To support the alignment of our clients’ infrastructure environment to their business ASG also provides a range of Technical Architecture Services to our Managed Service Clients. These integrate and add value to the End User Compute and Central Compute Services.
